The petitioner herein, on the 27th of March 1936, obtained a judgment in the Municipal Court of San Juan, against Rafael Padró Pares. On April 6, 1936, the defendant appealed to the district court, and eventually filed the transcript of the pleadings, motions, orders, and final judgment with the secretary of the district court on June 1, 1936.
