Riner, District Judge.
This action was brought in the District Court of Lincoln County by certain residents and tax-payers of that part of the County of Lincoln “within the boundaries of the proposed County of Teton.” It seeks to enjoin the defendants, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Lincoln, from making any special levy of taxes upon the property of the plaintiffs situate “within the proposed boundaries of the proposed unorganized County of Teton” for the *41purpose of defraying’ expenses incurred and to be incurred relative to the organization of that County.
