As stated, the questions presented by the appeal in case 2932, so far as they appertain to the substantive rights of the parties, are identical with those involved in the appeal in cause 2924. The differences relate entirely to the remedies by which the rights asserted are to be worked out. For' this reason, the two causes can be well considered in one opinion.
