Chandler Management Corporation appeals the trial court’s order dismissing its suit against First Specialty Insurance Corporation, Vericlaim, Inc., and Jason Keen without prejudice for Chandler to re-file in New York pursuant to a forum-selection clause in the parties’ contract.
