Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(e), this breach of contract action was referred to this court for trial. On November 3, 1992, defendants Certified Engineering & Testing Company, Inc. (“CETCO”), Wayne Crandlemere (“Crandlemere”), Glenn Sylvester (“Sylvester”) and Bridge Atlantic Corporation (“BAC”) (collectively: “defendants”) filed a motion for summary judgment seeking summary judgment on all counts contained in plaintiff Mark Evans’ amended complaint (Docket Entry # 23).
