Plaintiff International Strategies Group, Ltd. (“ISG”) appeals from a March 31, 2010 judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Chatigny, J.), granting Defendant Peter Ness’s motion to dismiss as untimely ISG’s complaint, which alleges breach of fiduciary duty, intentional misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation, and conspiracy to commit those three offenses. ISG’s claims arose from the loss of a $4 million investment it made with Ness’s employer, Corporation of the BankHouse (“Bank-House”). The district court ruled that…
