Hollywood appeals from the March 17, 2000, judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (McMahon, J.) granting Local 38’s motion for summary judgment and confirming three arbitration awards by the Local Joint Adjustment Board (“LJAB”) and National Joint Adjustment Board (“NJAB”) against the company.
