SOPER, Circuit Judge.

The plaintiff in this case brought suit for personal injuries received while a passenger in an automobile which came into-collision with an automobile truck that was-hauling a trailer loaded with four automobiles. The District Judge directed a verdict for the defendant, and the only question for decision is whether there was substantial evidence to support the plaintiff’s contention that the accident was caused by the negligent operation of the truck.
