MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOEL LEWITTES, Bankruptcy Judge.

This is a motion by Slaco Realty Corp. (“Slaco”), dated November 15, 1979, requesting, under the terms of Bankruptcy Rule 802(c),1 an extension of time to file a notice of appeal, on the purported ground of excusable neglect, from an order of this Court entered on October 12, 1979.2

Slaeo’s counsel received a conformed copy of the aforementioned order on October 16, 1979 and on October 18, 1979 mailed a notice of appeal to this Court together with the requisite filing fee. The notice of appeal was received and filed in this Court on October 23,…
