OPINION

BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

Appeal from an Order granting a summary judgment. The trial bench ordered severed the various appellees’ motions for partial summary judgments from the main cause. The severed portion of the cause was redocketed under a new cause number, being number B-126,986-A. The trial court ordered that copies of the pertinent pleadings be filed under the new cause number.
