Appellees prevailed in the trial of an injunction suit in the district court of Dallas county, Tex., and a judgment was entered restraining the board of education of the city of Dallas, and each individual member thereof, from maintaining in the public free schools of the city of Dallas the department of health in connection with said schools, and restraining the city of Dallas, its auditor and treasurer, from the payment of any money for such purpose. ‘ The suit was brought by appellees, who are resident taxpayers in the city of Dallas, in their own behalf and in behalf of all other citizens…
