The defendant, Thomas Wright, and one Robert Bueno were tried jointly without a jury in the criminal court of Cook County, were convicted of unlawfully selling narcotic drugs, and defendant was sentenced to io to 12 years imprisonment. This writ of error is prosecuted by Wright alone.
