*632According to the decision of the Industrial Commission in this case, petitioner Ramón Antonio Valentín Nadal testified that he worked for the Civil Defense at the National Guard Headquarters at stop 3 1/2 in San Juan; that upon returning to work after having lunch in a nearby restaurant he was injured in an accident in Muñoz Rivera Avenue; that he was traveling in a motor vehicle together with other fellow workers.
