Defendant was charged in the court of common pleas of Oklahoma county with the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, to wit, 20 pints of tax-paid liquor; was by agreement tried before the court without the intervention of a jury, was convicted, and sentenced by the court to pay a fine of $50 and serve 30 days in the county jail, and has appealed.
For reversal of this case it is contended that the court erred in overruling the motion of defendant to suppress the search warrant, and that the evidence was insufficient to justify the conviction of defendant. These questions may be…
