Baird, Presiding Judge.

Plaintiffs-appellants, a group of property owners residing within the territory of defendant-appellee, the Killbuck Valley Mosquito Abatement Sanitary District, present this appeal from the decision rendered in the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand the matter to the trial court for further proceedings.
