MEMORANDUM AND DECISION

Heard on March 24, 1999, on the final fee application of Stephen G. Morrell, Esq., and the firm of Eaton, Peabody, Bradford & Veague (hereinafter “Morrell”) as counsel to the Chapter 7 Trustee in the above captioned case. After hearing argu ment in support of the Application from Mr. Morrell, I took the matter under advisement and the matter is now ripe for disposition.
