IsThis is an appeal from a judgment granting a motion to enforce a settlement agreement in a property partition suit. For the following reasons, the judgment is affirmed. •
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
This matter began as a suit for partition of about 200 acres of property in the northern part of East Baton Rouge Parish filed in May 2005. At the time the suit was filed, approximately 26 people and entities co-owned the property in indivisión.
