MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

STEPHEN C. ST. JOHN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came for hearing on June 19, 2002, pursuant to Camellia’s, the Debt- or in Possession, Objection to the Claim of Pennsylvania Manufacturers’ Association Insurance Company. On the day of the hearing, Pennsylvania Manufacturers’ Association (“PMA”) filed a Trial Brief. Thus, at the conclusion of the hearing, the Court gave Camellia twenty days to file a reply and PMA fifteen days after that filing to respond. Camellia filed its brief on July 9, 2002 and PMA responded on July 24, 2002. This Court has jurisdiction over…
