PICKETT, Circuit Judge.
This diversity action is an aftermath of extensive litigation which resulted in the affirmance of an order of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission fixing the rights and liabilities of the owners of undivided interests in a drilling and spacing unit established for the production of oil and gas from a common source of supply. Anderson v. Corporation Comm., Okl., 327 P.2d 699. An appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States was dismissed for want of a substantial federal question. Anderson v.
