This cause came on for consideration of the Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. *850#50) (the “Motion”), filed by Dewayne M. Jennings (“Plaintiff’), and the amended response thereto (Doc. #52), filed by Dwayne A. Bodrick (“Defendant”).
