FOSTER, Justice.

The main question on this appeal relates to the extent of the liability of the surety on a guardian’s bond, who was also administrator of the deceased parent of the ward.

I. T. Lane was, on the same day, appointed administrator of the estate of Amanda Lane, his deceased wife who had been killed in a railroad accident in Florida, and also appointed guardian of their four minor children who were also injured in the same accident.
