— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ramirez, J.), rendered July 29, 1982, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed, and case remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (subd 5). Defendant contends that the jury’s verdict of guilty of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree was repugnant to the verdict of not guilty of manslaughter in the first degree, where defendant raised the defense of justification.…
