The petitioner mother brought a petition against respondent for support of the child born to petitioner out of wedlock on September 7, 1995. The petition alleges, inter alia, that pursuant to Public Health Law § 4135-b respondent acknowledged paternity of the child in a written acknowledgment dated September 11,1995. A copy of the front side of the acknowledgment is annexed to the petition.
