Harris Corporation (“Harris”), a semiconductor devices and systems manufacturer, appeals in three aspects a judgment based on a jury verdict in favor of Giesting & Associates, Inc. (“Giesting”) for breach of the sales representative agreement between the two. Giesting cross-appeals on three issues. The jury verdict, answering special interrogatories, assessed damages in three different categories.
