This suit, involving a tract of land containing approximately one hundred and sixty-four acres in Ripley District, Jackson County, of which Fannie Harrison died seised, was instituted in the circuit court Of said county by plaintiffs (Cephler, Gay and Kermit Harrison, Bessie Harrison Fisher, and Hazel Harrison Owens), children of decedent, against S.
