An action brought in the district court of Marshall county by plaintiff in error against defendant in error to quiet title and recover possession of a tract of land allotted ¡to -Crockett, a Chickasaw Indian, under whom both parties claim. In July, 1907, prior to the removal of restrictions against the alienation of this land, Crockett executed a deed to Bratton, the grantee of the defendant in error.
