Ricky Lee Hascall appeals the 262 month sentence he received after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (1988). He argues that the district court 1 erred in finding him a career offender under U.S.S.G. § 4B1.1 (Nov.1994). Specifically, Hascall challenges the determination that conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine is a controlled substance offense under the Sentencing Guidelines, and he contends that the district court improperly labeled two prior second-degree burglary convictions as crimes of violence…
