Plaintiff, Sandra Morris, appeals from the district court’s judgment granting the motion for judgment as a matter of law in favor of Defendant, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., at the close of Plaintiffs case-in-chief in this negligence action wherein Plaintiff seeks damages from Defendant for the injuries that she allegedly sustained as a result of a slip and fall on Defendant’s premises.
