This appeal is from an order entered in the court below making absolute a rule to quash a writ of attach ment execution issued by the plaintiff, Provident Trust Company, which summoned the New York Life Insurance Company, as garnishee.

The garnishee, and the defendant named in the writ, Nettie Rothman, appeared de bene esse, and filed separately a petition to quash the writ, upon which a rule to show cause was granted.
