BLACKBIRD, Chief Justice.

The respondent, Pink Crossland, hereinafter referred to as claimant has a rather complete and extensive medical and compensation history dating back to injuries he received when accidentally struck by an automobile while tending road flares as a night watchman near his home city of Ard-more, on July 11, 1957. At that time he was approximately 57 years of age.
