MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MAHONEY, United States Magistrate Judge.

This matter is before the court on Plaintiffs August 11, 2005 Motion for Sanctions. Plaintiff seeks an award of attorney and expert fees, and a bar from further deposition of Plaintiffs expert, Phillip Grismer. For the reasons stated below, Plaintiffs Motion is granted in part and denied in part.
