Introduction
St. Joseph Regional Health Network, d/b/a St. Joseph Medical Center (St.Joe), Catholic Health Initiatives, and Borne-mann Health Corporation d/b/a Borne-mann Psychiatry Associates (Defendants) have filed a Motion for Sanctions Against Plaintiff for Failure to Comply with this Court’s October 21, 2013 Order Compelling Discovery.
