MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

COFFMAN, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on the defendant’s motion for summary judgment. The court, having reviewed the record and being otherwise sufficiently advised, will grant the motion.

Facts

Berea College (“Berea”) owns property in Madison County, Kentucky. On this property is a cliff-overhang high enough to look down on the tops of mature trees. It is known locally as the Rock.
