In accordance with his pleas, the appellant was found guilty of two specifications of conduct unbecoming an officer and three specifications of making and uttering worthless checks by dishonorably failing to maintain sufficient funds in his account, in violation of Articles 133 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 933 and 934 (1988) [hereinafter UCMJ].
