{¶ 1} Respondent, James W. Westfall Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0029420, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1977. On November 11, 2011, relator, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, filed an amended, seven-count complaint against Westfall charging him with violations of the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct.
