Statement dictated on the record at the termination of the hearings.
I had read your briefs, of course, before we took any testimony yesterday, and we had a discussion of the various cases cited in chambers before the hearing here yesterday was set, and we sat here last night from about seven o’clock until nine o’clock taking the testimony of two witnesses who were offered in support of the suggestion of immunity.
