MEMORANDUM & ORDER

BRIEANT, District Judge.

Presently before the Court in these cases alleging securities fraud, which have been consolidated for pre-trial purposes, 1 is the motion pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) and Rule 9(b), Fed.R.Civ.P., of defendant KPMG LLP (“KPMG”). KPMG seeks dismissal of the complaint against it on the ground that plaintiffs fail to meet the pleading standards of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4 (the “PSLRA”).
