In this adversary proceeding, motions for partial summary judgment have been filed by both the plaintiff trustee and the defendants. The trustee in bankruptcy, J. Michael Morris (hereinafter “Morris”), appears personally. The defendants, Jack B. Muir Irrevocable Trust, Jack B.
