The petitioner, Lance Wargo, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his petition for a writ of habeas coipus challenging his confinement by the respondent commissioner of correction pursuant to judgments of conviction for murder, arson in the first degree, risk of injury and tampering with evidence on the ground of ineffective assistance of counsel.
