Plaintiff Michael Anderson (“Anderson” or “plaintiff’) commenced this action *124against National Grid, PLC (“National Grid”) and Robert DeMarinis (collectively, “defendants”) on September 5, 2012. He alleges disability discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. (“ADA”), and the New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. Law §§ 290 et seq.
