OPINION
JOHN S. ANDERSON, Justice.
This is an appeal from the granting of a summary judgment in favor of the appel- lee, Michael J. Horrocks, administrator of the Estate of Mary Edythe Mullane, Deceased, the plaintiff in a declaratory judgment action seeking to quiet title to Mary Edythe Mullane’s former homestead. We affirm.
