Defendants appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri granting plaintiff’s motion for judgment pursuant to an alleged settlement agreement. We reverse and remand.

By a written instrument, dated January 25, 1979, the parties entered into a residential real estate sales contract wherein respondent agreed to purchase defendants’ house in St. Louis County for $106,000.00.
