MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

DUNCAN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon defendant Ford Motor Company’s mo tion for summary judgment. The Court has the benefit of the briefs of the parties and of an agreed statement of facts. The questions presented are whether Ohio law, which the parties agree governs in this diversity action, imposes a duty of safe design upon the manufacturers of automobiles, and, if so, whether the complaint sufficiently alleges a breach of such a duty.
