The proceeding is for the opening of Braddock avenue in the borough of Queens, city of New York. Braddock avenue, as opened in this proceeding, is an enlargement of the street known as Rocky Hill road, making it a highway 100 feet in width, and it follows somewhat the lines of the old road. We are concerned with that part of the property taken between the old and new northerly lines of the street in the blocks between Two Hundred and Fortieth and Two Hundred and Forty-second streets.
