Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Robbins, J.), rendered July 30, 2013, convicting him of aggravated driving while intoxicated in violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 (2-a), driving while intoxicated per se in violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 (2), and driving while intoxicated in violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 (3), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
