These cases are before this court on the appeals of the plaintiffs Elizabeth D. Holmes et al. d/b/a Charles A. Maguire & Associates in Superior Court case No. 73-860 and Air-Lite Products, Inc. in Superior Court case No. 73-917 from judgments entered for the defendants Homans Associates, Inc. and James J. O’Rourke d/b/a J. J. ORourke Electric Co. granting those defendants’ motions for summary judgments. For convenience we shall hereinafter refer to the respective parties as “Maguire,” “Air-Lite,” “Homans” and “ORourke.”
