MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This action is the latest in a series of lawsuits that rely on a standard form complaint to assert various claims against, among others, mortgage loan servicers, underwriters, and trusts in connection with purported defects related to mortgage loan assignments. Complaints derived from the form complaint (or complaints that are coincidently similar to the form complaint) have not fared well in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York.
