(Assigned).

Appellant entered a plea of not guilty to the offense of aggravated robbery. Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 29.03 (Vernon Supp.1994). He was convicted and the trial court assessed punishment as confinement for life in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. In three points of error, appellant contends the trial court erred in refusing to suppress evidence of an illegal search, there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction, and appellant was denied due process because the jury charge was lost after trial.
