In an action, inter alia, for injunctive relief, the defendant Beata Storozynski appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McCarty, J.), entered August 27, 2003, which granted the plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction and denied her cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against her.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by (1) deleting the provision thereof denying those branches of the appellant’s cross motion which were for summary judgment dismissing so much of the first cause of action as sought to turn over the…
