By omnibus pre-trial motion, defendant William Morales (“Morales”) moves: (1) to dismiss Count One of the First Superseding Indictment as duplicitous, or in the alternative, to sever the alleged schemes; (2) to suppress the evidence seized from 735 Walton Avenue, Apt.
